These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, websites, browser extensions, and related tools provided by Mikhail Mazein, autónomo (self-employed) in Spain, based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides AI-powered tools that allow users to capture workflows and create step-by-step documentation, guides, SOPs, training materials, and other instructional content.

Features may change, evolve, or be added or removed at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.

4. Account Registration and Security

Authentication is handled exclusively through Google Identity Services (OAuth 2.0).

You agree to:

use your own Google account
maintain control over your Google credentials
notify us of unauthorized access
accept responsibility for activity under your account

The Company does not store passwords and does not generate or process password hashes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Google Identity Services complies with Google's applicable terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or security concerns.

5. Permitted Use; No Resale or Agency Use

The Service may be used for personal or internal business purposes only.

You may use the Service and its outputs within your own organization. You may not:

use the Service or its outputs to provide services to third parties;
resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or its outputs;
offer the Service or its outputs as part of an agency, consulting, or managed service.

Commercial licensing or agency use is not currently available.

6. User Content

The Service may allow you to create, upload, store, and share content, including text, images, screenshots, recordings, and documentation ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and use your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content.

The Company does not review User Content and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

violate any applicable law or regulation;
infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
upload malicious, harmful, or unlawful content;
interfere with or disrupt the Service;
reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under Spanish or EU law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

14. AI Processing & Accuracy

The Service uses artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies, including third-party AI providers, to assist in capturing workflows and generating documentation, guides, and other outputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies;
AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only;
AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, professional, or other regulated advice;
Any decisions or actions taken based on AI outputs are made at your sole discretion and risk;
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, consistent, or deterministic.

We do not use your User Content to train third-party AI models.

15. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying components;
access or use the Service through automated systems, bots, or scripts, except where expressly permitted;
upload, transmit, or store unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks;
scrape, harvest, or extract data or content from the Service;
misuse AI features or exceed reasonable or fair use limits;
violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access.

16. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewals

A. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may act as Merchant of Record.

B. Auto-renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.

C. Taxes

Lemon Squeezy may calculate and collect VAT/GST as required.

E. Credit Cards

The Company does not store credit card or payment card information.

17. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, algorithms, interfaces, models, branding, and system-generated content (excluding User Content), are owned by the Company.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use the Service to develop or offer competing products or services.

18. Beta Features

Beta features may be unreliable, incomplete, or changed without notice. You use Beta features at your own risk.

Where legally permitted, disputes may be resolved through individual arbitration.

23. Cookies

Use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy constitute the full agreement.
